Are the products safe ?
All our products are safe.  We only use products that we approve of from trusted providers or have been handmade by us.  We stock a variety of well known brands such as Rosewood, Nature First, Naturespaws, Burgess & Trixie. These brands as well as others are featured on our website due to their high quality safe products.

How can I pay?
You can make payments through PayPal , credit or debit card. You will be charged in your native currency.

Do I have to pay for delivery?
Yes, starting at £2.99 per order for shipping within the UK.

Do you ship to different countries ?
Yes , we ship worldwide. Just make sure to select the correct shipping option at checkout so there are no delays. If your country is not listed feel free to contact us and we will add it to our list. 
*Important shipping changes due to Brexit - While we are doing all we can to reduce any inconvenience for you, there are some unavoidable changes to how we operate relating to Brexit such as updating our shipping cost. We might temporally suspend the ability to order from outside of the UK till we figure out how to work around the new rules & regulations. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

How much is shipping if I live outside of the UK? 
Europe - Starting from £8.00
International - Starting from £10.00

How long till i get my order? 
We aim to pack and ship orders within a week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. UK orders should arrive in 3 - 5 days and international orders should arrive within 7 - 14 days of them being shipped. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your parcel due to the current circumstances. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your parcel is on its way. All orders are sent with either Royal Mail 2nd class / international standard or Tracked & signed.

I haven't received my parcel yet ?
We aim to pack and ship orders within a week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. UK orders should arrive in 3 - 5 days and international orders should arrive within 7 - 14 days of them being shipped. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your parcel due to the current circumstances. If you have received a confirmation email to let you know your order has been dispatched but have been waiting for longer than the recommended time please get in contact with us.

I received my order but there is something wrong with it
We hope for everyone to be happy when they receive their order however sometimes things go wrong. If there is an issue with your order or something arrives damaged we will either send out an replacement or refund the money, unfortunately we dont accept returns. Please feel free to contact us via email Tinyhamsterpawsbox@gmail.com or send us a message on instagram @tinyhamsterpaw were always happy to help.
